Role Summary/Purpose
The Enterprise Solution Sales Leader demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Essential Responsibilities
• Responsible for direct customer interface in support of GE projects, sales, and marketing • Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with all levels of the company’s organization • Develop customer relationships and support assigned programs and clients • Participate in establishing business strategy by providing the company’s perspective • Provide technical support for application and installation proposal efforts • Provide on-site intelligence and communications on marketing opportunities • Direct sales efforts • Participate in developing total quality management initiatives as they relate to company requirements and customer satisfaction • Respond to special client requirements • Develop sales growth plans for a region with a particular focus on the strategic view of the business • Build strong relationship at government level and works to identify in advance the future customer needs • Improve the cross-functional cooperation in the Region
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • At least 5 additional years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Program Management, or Customer Support
