Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

1. Be in charge of the development of new lamp product introduction including the coil/lamp designing, sample making, qualification testing, trial running and manufacturing process and quality criteria documentation preparing etc. 2. Lead the Business/Engineering Change Request program, direct and control the validation process, ensure all the related changes be in line with the company requirements 3. Be responsible for the edit and maintenance of the product design sheet, manufacturing control plan, process notice and quality criteria etc.; organize the execution audit of the production in the shop floor on regular basis 4. Provide the technical support to the manufacturing plants for the key product/process issues; cooperate with the quality and plant team to study the customer complain and lead the drawing of corrective and preventive plans 5. Support the functional teams e.g. Sourcing, Total Cost Out, Lean/Six-Sigma on kinds of projects such as material localization/replacement, process improvement etc.

1. 负责卤素灯内胆车间的日常工艺管理工作
2. 监督和检查生产工艺执行情况，确保生产工艺的执行
3. 对车间的工艺及质量问题进行分析研究，制定并落实整改及预防措施
4. 参与新产品，新材料，新工艺的研发工作
5. 完成车间及工厂技术部门交付的其他工作

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above of Engineering, Electrical Lighting is preferable2. Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in product and process engineering of lighting manufacturing3. Solid knowledge of lighting designing and manufacturing process4. Strong in problem solving and creative thinking5. Proficient mastery of Six-Sigma tools6. Working knowledge and used of CAD for parts design and MS software for documentation, calculation7. Good spoken and written English1.

1. 本科及以上学历，照明行业工艺管理工作5年以上, 有卤素灯工艺经验优先
2. 拥有较强的照明行业的专业知识
3. 熟练掌握六西格玛工具
4. 精通相关电脑应用软件
5. 具有良好的英语听说读写能力
