Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
- Work out system level solution and concept design for a complete complex-structure automatic UT testing system, which is the base for further detailed design work from members in diversified technical domains. - Lead a multi-domain project engineering team to design, build, test and deliver a complete machine to the final acceptance at customer site in system level with technical leadership. - Work with cross function teams like project management, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, service and safety in the whole project process to ensure all technical issues be tracked and controlled. - Work out technical solutions, detailed proposals and cost calculations for automatic UT testing system based on customer requirements to support sales function to win orders. - Perform design review for components and sub-system from design engineers in diversified domains under GE review process. - Support machine site installation, assembly and commissioning work to achieve the final acceptance by customer. - Team work in a large team with members from diversified technical domains. - Work out innovative ideas, patents and technical articles based on daily system engineering work. - Support design engineer to solve detailed technical problems with strong system level knowledge and experiences.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s or above degree in NDT(UT), Mechanical, Automation or closely related engineering domains.- 10+ years of hands-on experiences in the design & build of automatic machinery & equipment used for NDT(UT) or related functions as mechanical, automation or system engineering role in heavy industry. Experiences in Healthcare/Medical industry for some big UT system are also considered.- 5+ years of working experience in NDT(UT) industry to design and build automatic ultrasonic testing system like immersion tank, tube/bar online testing and ERW/SAW tube testing machine as some system level engineer.- 5+ years of experiences for hands-on machine installation, commissioning and testing work at customer site to achieve final acceptance.- 5+ years of hands-on operation and maintenance experiences on UT automatic testing system from main NDT companies like GE, Olympus, Tube-Scope, KD, RD-Tech, Canada-NDT, NK, Scan-master, USL, Unicorn and so on is a plus.- Strong knowledge on NDT(UT) domain in both theory and application together with system level machine design and build.- 5+ years of working experience in some top multinational company as system engineer role is a plus.- Technical leadership and influence in a multi-domain engineering team.- Proactive, positive, productive; - Communicates effectively in Chinese and English. - A proved fast learner, self motivated, willing to take challenges;- Willing to travel
