职位描述

Title: Country Manager


Location: Shanghai

Key responsibilities:

- To act as the business decision maker for China region to enhance the overall performance of China.

- To develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company’s goals in key financial

performance indicators.

- To be the top leader that well leading China teams of technical, sales, marketing, production, logistics and other supporting functions.

- To develop a strong sales and customer support team and implement best practices to give customer value-for-money services, and enhance the sales achievement and marketing shares in China.

- Maintain a good relationship with China society relationships, and keep company‘s respective image.

- Work closely with company’s global management team, and actively play a key role in the global business grows.

- To continuously seek growth opportunities in new products and in business regions.

- To establish and maintain strong rapport with existing customers.

- To establish new customers and expand market shares in the region.

Qualifications:

- Have tertiary education. Post graduate in General Management will be an advantage.

- Should have at least ten years’ successful management experience in industrial products, preferably from the chemical industry.

- Have good knowledge of business environment in China.

- Exhibit strong market analytical skills as well as business acumen.

- Have excellent interpersonal skills within and outside the organization – peers, customers, government, business associates, etc.

- A self-starter and dynamic

- Integrity, intelligent and proactive.

- Have leadership qualities to lead and motivate China teams.

- Have practical strategic and tactical marketing and sales knowledge.

- Good knowledge in financial and accounting implications to product costing, relationship between volume, contribution and profitability of the company

- Experience in managing and leading China business teams to achieve key sales performance indicators.

- Have excellent command of written and oral Chinese and English.

- Conversant in application of Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, ERP system.
