职位描述
Principal Accountabilities
? Develop and manage market, customer, product analysis to identify business and marketing opportunities and helps to develop marketing plan
? Manages and collaborates with multiple agencies to strategize and execute digital marketing programs
? Plan and execute digital marketing programs that include website development, online promotions, email management, digital creative, E-commerce; jointly handles unfamiliar problems, situation, or issues
? Develop compelling digital marketing programs and tools that bring the brand to life in the digital environment and engage our target audience online. Identify opportunities for integration of marketing efforts and processes to improve the customer experience and cross-sell results.
? Accountable for the post-implementation review of Digital Marketing initiatives and leads a review process.
? Perform ad hoc projects and assignments
Skills, Know How and experience
?Degree holder in Business/ Marketing/ E-commerce or related discipline
? At least 8 years relevant working experience
? A strong creative and intuitive sense complimented by solid business acumen, track record in delivering marketing effectiveness spend (ROI)
? Deep understanding on how to execute web promotions, email programs, website development and Digital creative to manage Digital marketing projects
? Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
? Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
? Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
