Responsibilities:
-Assortment management to optimize product portfolio for both maximized internal efficiency and high competitiveness in market.
- Product improvement. Initiate continuous commercial and/or technical improvement to current products based on analysis with customer needs, competition situation and own product performance.
- Innovation project management. Act as project manager or project member in product innovation, to ensure the quality and efficiency of new deco product innovation process.
- Product training. Develop product training material to strengthen sales and TS team’s technical and commercial understanding to products and the ability to utilize products in sales and service activities.

Requirements:
- Above college degree;
- At least 3 years' related experience;
- Good at Mandarin and English, both oral and written;
- Good communication and coordination skill;
- Work with accuracy and team work-orientated.


Job Responsibilities:

？ Support management of the product portfolio to support sales team and work with R&D develop new products in Asia-Pacific.
？ Drive and Support the Regional Product team in:
？ Regularly interface with Sales, Business Development, Marketing Communication, R&D, Operation, Regional Production, and Global Product Team
？ Establish line product in both wood coating and specialty coating
？ Manage product portfolio and implementation of SBU strategies in Asia Pacific
？ Monitor product cost evolution and development
？ Support continuous optimization of regional product portfolio, and provide guidance to sales team for basic product selection
？ Consolidate competitive intelligence as basis for regional strategy
？ Benchmark key line products with competitors' products
？ Develop new product package and training
？ Support coordination with other divisions

Job Requirements:

? 5-10 years working experience in Wood Coating or Specialty Chemical industry
? Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Master will be a plus
? Good command of written and spoken English is essential
? Good communication skill

Job Responsibilities:

？ Sep up the multifaceted marketing system, promote brand awareness and good reputation;

？ Establish good partnership with external media, responsible authority and related social organizations;

？ Organize PR, adv and promotion activities regularly;

？ Draft marketing budget and implement budget with cost awareness;

？ Take responsibility for department work, lead the team to carry out all marketing works (including but not limited to exhibitions, promotions, media advertising, souvenirs, internal magazine, website and etc.)

？ Keep good communication with headquarter marketing, follow CI rules and update markeing information timely.

？ Implement other tasks dispatched by GM;

Job Requirements:

？ University degree or above;

？ 6-year proven successful experience in market communication, public relation and branding;

？ Experience in team management is a strong plus;

？ Good interpersonal communication skills;

？ Fluent English ;

？ Mature, honest, hardworking and self-motivated;

？ Ability to make business trip and work under pressure.
