Purpose of position:

The “specialist” for his responsible products. To support PM to analyze the product features v.s competitors, develop new application/markets based on the product market strategy, work together with PM to achieve common market & sales target for responsible products.

Job responsibilities:

1. Product Features Analysis v.s competitors.
2. New product features Analysis & function testing.
3. Develop new application & markets based on product market strategy.
4. Replicate good successes applications from overseas and share relevant information to local team.
5. Features definition for "product gap" in target market.
6. Internal & external product training (not product marketing training)
7. Sales tool setup (samples, catalogue, application report).

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor of related science (automation, engineering, electronics)
2. No less than 3 years automation engineering experience
3. Fluent spoken and written English & Chinese, CET 4 or above; computer skills
4. Strong coordination and communication abilities; technical competence;marketinganalyzing/planning/implementing competence;
5. Motivated, team player, quick learner, customer oriented
