Responsibility:
- Provide legal advice in daily activity of the company;
- Review important sales and purchase contract in accordance with the company's contract policy;
- Draft any legal document (in both English and Chinese) when it is required;
- Support the company's compliance officer in compliance issues;
- Provide legal support in M&A project;
- Apply trade mark and patent for the company by coordination with external IP agent and internal business department;
- Handle the litigation issues for the company;
- Handle the insurance claim (esp. the marine cargo insurance claim) against the insurance company and support in the renewal of the insurance contract;
- Provide legal support for the project in China of the overseas affiliated company;
- Maintain the legal database which is shared by all the in-house lawyers of all Andritz companies.
Qualification:
- At least having a bachelor degree in law from a prominent university;
- At least 3 years work experience in a reputable law firm as a lawyer, with rich experience in issues of company law, contract law, litigation, etc.;
- Overseas education background and/or working experience is preferred;
- Excellent skill in oral and written English is must;
