职位描述
Lead FICO team in global account team to handle FI/CO/PS related delivery management and presales activities support ;
People management including subordinates performance appraisal, developing& improvement, coaching;
Knowledge& solution management for FI/CO/PS related topics;
Take charge of project management roles in specific projects.
Require:
More than 7 yrs FICO experience and specialized in manufacturing industry;
Multi-national culture adapted and strong team work spirit;
Good command of English on both written and oral, strong presentation skill;
Certain project management experience and people management experience.
