Legal Consul - Hospitality

Location: Singapore

Report To: COO & CEO

Job responsibilities:

- General corporation legal affairs;
- Contract management, including: draft, review and negotiate relevant documents/contract/agreements;
- Provide legal advice to company;
- Set up internal legal management system.

Job requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in (from a top-class academic institution)
- At least 5 years professional experience in legal field.
- Experience in legal function in hotel/ resort industries
- Mandarin speaking is a must
- Familiar with Word and other kind of office software.
- Good English skills (CET6 or above) is a must, JPT 1 Grade is preferable.
- Good communication skills, creative and ability to work independently.
