Job Description
Responsibilities:

Ø Independently project-manage M&A transactions, with the support of junior members;

Ø Prepare pitch documents such as proposals, teasers and information memorandum;

Ø Facilitate and supervise the conduct of market research;

Ø Compile financial models and provide valuation analysis;

Ø Work in conjunction with various professional advisors, including lawyers, to facilitate the preparation of Letters of Intent, terms sheets and Sale and Purchase Agreements etc;

Ø Perform high-level financial analysis and review on client companies;

Ø Participate in meetings among clients, counterparts and various professionals and provide support to the client in the negotiations;


Job Requirements:

Ø Bachelor degree from top university and MBA from good international business school preferred;

Ø Four to nine years' of relevant experience such as investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, private equity, venture capital or in-house M&A activities;

Ø Big Four accounting firm or equivalent background preferred;

Ø Experienced in managing multi-national corporation and domestic clients;

Ø Familiar with risk management issues;

Ø Excellent financial and business analytical skills;

Ø Able to think strategically;

Ø Bright team player who works effectively under pressure;

Ø Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Mandarin;

Ø Excellent written English, including the ability to write succinct, well-structured reports;

Ø Hands-on in unraveling commercial complexities;
