IP Specialist China(欧美500强企业，市中心上班，有机会晋升为部门经理)
Job Descriptions
Assist in US/EP to CN patent prosecution activities including: translation of patent application documents and office ation documents, from English to Chinese and vice versa; support for patent attorneys in US/EP/CN; communication with SIPO/inventors/agents; handling patent procedure matters.
Assist patent attorneys in patent creation activities originated from China, including: help inventors with Invention Disclosure process; translation of patent application documents and office action documents.
Assist in R&D communities training.
Assist in brand protection activities including: trademark matters, domain name matters, customs IP protection, and anti-counterfeits.
Assit in other IP matters required by IP counsels or patent attorneys.
Working Experience
BSEE and LLM or equivalent education background.
Minimum 3 years work experience on an in-house or law firm IP position.
Good awareness about IP practices in multi-national corporations.
Good experience/skills on patent translation and draft.
Familiar with semiconductor or relevant industries.
Language fluency in spoken and proficiency in written English and Chinese.
Team player, enjoy working in a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment.
Be good at time management skills to balance multi-tasking workloads.
