Associate Medical Review Manager（世界500强制药公司职位，要求医学背景，熟悉医学法律法规，英语熟练）

Job Summary
The Medical Review Associate manager is accountable for ensuring medical compliance, enhance Medical Governance training and competence development in China
- Support and drive consistent implementation of and compliance with Medical Governance requirements, local regulations and Global standards
- Harmonies compliance related roles within Medical, provide clarity on roles’ requirements and ensure that training and competency requirements are defined and delivered
- Work with the China/Regional Compliance function, representing Medical needs cross-functionally, and ensure that Group compliance initiatives are implemented in China Medical department

Accountabilities
- To lead the management of medical governance/ compliance activity.
-To organizing medical review committee to ensure the implementation of compliance policy and industry standard practice could deliver through China (Marketing, Sales and Medical) activities.
- To coordinate China Medical compliance risk assessment, to identify the impact, define and drive implementation of appropriate action program, and monitor and report the impact of such risk.
- To maintain or up-grade relevant compliance system and/or SOPs (Global/local) according compliance requirements
- To lead the medical internal compliance quality control to improve the quality of medical review and compliance.
- To lead the China Medical staff compliance training and competence development, including standard training for medical compliance roles, emerging areas of relevance to medical staff, relevant global procedures and compliance initiatives
- To be accountable for development, maintenance, review and reporting of Medical Compliance performance in addition to compiling medical affairs metrics
- To lead the audit/review of medical governance related procedures and activities and supporting audit/review of global procedures/activities related to medical compliance
- Design and provide related training to cross function roles to ensure they familiar with the medical compliance requirement

Qualification
- Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry (> 3 years)
- Experience in publications; China publication management preferred; additional experience with product marketing or market communications preferred
- Proven success at leading and managing agencies
- Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding objectives including financial and/or other quantitative targets
- Working knowledge of legal, regulatory and clinical/medical affairs; pre and post launch experience is preferred
- Master Degree, major in Clinical Medicine, Pharmaceutical or life science related subjects.
- Results orientated with high sense of urgency
- High levels of drive, enthusiasm and commitment
- Solid understanding of the promotional compliance related policies and procedures, as well as drug development and clinical research process
- Proven track record in leading and participating in cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in project management
- Proven leadership ability, as well as persuasive written and oral communication skills
- Good Interpersonal, influencing and networking skills - the ability to operate as part of a team, to build trust and respect throughout the organization, to work across diverse markets with different business environments, and to interact effectively across different functions, seniority levels and cultures within the Company and externally
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
