Training Specialist培训师（上海）

Reports to Role(s): Training Supervisor
ROLE PURPOSE
？ Establish and manage sales training system. Develop training management system & related seminar to area dealers.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
？ Establish and update sales training system.
？ Provide the sales skills training, product training and related others for dealers and inner sales
？ Develop related sales training courses.
？ Plan and practice the training of sales and product.
？ Supervise and evaluate training effect and improve it.
？ Make other related training support according to the training need
Requirements on knowledge & skills:
Knowledge:
？ ？College degree
？ ？Basic English skills both oral and written
Skills:
？ ？Practical experienced in training field must >2 years
？ ？Be kindly but work so hard.
？ ？Business travel is regular.
？ ？Good appearance & good communication skill.
期望人选：在企业做培训工作3年以上，能带动培训气氛，制作相关课件。
