Mainly Responsibilities:
Lead finance and accounting team to coach, mentor and drive all finance staff;
Take charge of all financial and controlling matters of company including costing, accounting, budgeting, tax, treasury, reporting and other related activities;
Continuously review of financial results and provide value-adding business support and analyses;
Support risk management assessment, processes and corresponding risk mitigating actions;
Manage all IT requirements of company in coordination with Group IT in Switzerland and local IT service provider.

Requirements
Minimum bachelor's degree in business finance or accounting (master's degree is a plus);
Several years of internal or external audit experience, including professional qualification as CPA or ACCA;
More than 10 years finance related experience and minimum of 1-3 years experiences as a Finance Director; several years of experience in a Western Multinational Group is a big advantage.
Solid experience in manufacturing environment, manufacturing accounting, costing is a Must (minimum 5 years);
Solid experience in local government regulations, Chinese business and tax law;
Proficiency in English is a must (spoken and written) is a Must;
Familiar with ERP systems, proficient with Microsoft office package.
