JUSTIFICATION FOR REQUEST
? Develop commercial food waste disposer business in China.Help to develop hot water dispenser and house hold disposers project business in China residential market.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
? Responsible for commercial food waste disposer business in China commercial market
? Help to develop hot water dispenser and house hold disposers project business in China residential market.
? Help to build strategic cooperation relationship with top 20 developers in China
? Develop commercial channel for insinkerator both for FWD and HWT product
? Define and recommend the sales plan/objectives and strategy for commercial food waste disposers
? Establish, optimize and manage commercial distribution network to achieve sales target
? Exercise leadership and sound judgment in difficult or complex business situation
? Establish, maitain and develop business and social relationships with existing channels/customers and potential channels/customers for sales growth
? Help and support four regional sales managers or supervisors to hit the target in residential project channel
EXPERIENCE
? More than 8 years of working experience in sales or similar and at least 3 years managerial experience.
? Solid experience channels/distribution network establishment, management.
? Has sales performance track record.
? Well organized, enthusiastic and results oriented.
? Has good sense / understanding of consumer product industry, preferably in commercial or project channel.
? Experience and capability in building up a new business model.
? Team spirit.
? Good communication skills in English.
EDUCATION
? Bechelor degree or above
