VAS Manager

Main Responsibilities
？ Familiar with COMPANY group equipment product portfolio and its application market.
？ Familiar with COMPANY group product portfolio and its application market.
？ Tracks the customer expectation, demand, and satisfaction on service products on regular base.
？ Promotes and actively sells the global Service product portfolio of the COMPANY Group (see also attached slides of 360° Service and Service portfolio on different levels)
？ Interlinks with COMPANY Sales, Service, Technical Process and SA&S and offers an integrated customized Value Adding Service products to the relevant customers base on their needs.
？ Defines the yearly financial targets of Service turnover together with COMPANY management and COMPANY Service / Sales and tracks figures throughout the year
？ Tracks the Service business progress continuously at the COMPANY strategic accounts
？ Defines and implements actions to reach the set targets for Service business
？ Interlinks with Global Service and the COMPANY OEM’s to maintain existing Service products and further develop new Service products
？ Uses the existing Marketing tools effectively to promote the global Service portfolio and brings in new ideas for new Marketing tools to Global Service and to the COMPANYCN Marketing responsible
？ Gives feedback to the COMPANY OEM’s which Service products are relevant for new equipment / system development
？ Analyses the market and competition situation of Service products.
？ Maintains and develops the documentation of VAS products with Chinese version. Provides efficient and effective reports to superior and the related colleagues
？ Sets up and manages the VAS team base on the expectation of the management.
？ Implements effective KPI to guide the team company towards to the targets.

Skills / Knowledge and Ability
？ Fluent experience in VAS management;
？ Awareness and ability to set up effective workflow;
？ knowledge of SAP software;
？ Fluent oral and written English ability;
？ Knowledge of MS office;
？ Excellent leadership skills;
