Quality Engineer - 地点：舟山岱山(提供住宿)
（500强欧洲给排水公司，给排水前3强，职位前景优，薪资待遇佳。）

Report to ：Quality Manager

Mission of Function 职能目标
？ Deal with customer complaint,provide customer satisfied 8D report.
？ Driver and push process continues improvement to achieve the quality target.
？ Verify the new product and development process to fulfill the quality requirement.
？ Develop quality plan and measuring tools for QC inspection.
？ To train the inspector ensure all the inspector qualified.

Areas of Responsibility职责范围
？ Make the process KPI data and drive the owner to achieve it.
？ Give assistance to quality manager to cope wtih system or product internal and external audit
？ Deal with customer complaint, investigate and verify the root cause, analysis the data of customer complaint
？ To monitor and audit the process following the standard process, resolve process issue quickly.
？ Continues improvement the process to achieve the quality target.
？ Measure and test the new product to ensure fulfill the quality requirement.
？ Make quality plan for Mass produce product or PIM product.
？ Develop quality control method and measuring tools.
？ To training the inspector to ensure they are qualified and implement quality contol capably.
？ Finish the tasks designated by higher supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 知识，技能，工作经验要求
？ above Engineering college degree.
？ 3 year Quality Engineer experience.
？ Statistic technology, QC 7tools
？ Conflict control, communication, QRQC, team building
？ English and Chinese, written and Oral
？ Office software, SAP,
