Job Title: Workshop Supervisor

Report to: Production Manager
sub：20+ persons

Job Responsibilities:
In charge of safety g production running of all workshops，ex. Plastic side, metal side, recycle side, and etc
In charge of quality process control on production lines according to company’s regulations，carry out procedures for QC regulations after ISO system and company System. Follow up quality policy, assist execution of continuous quality improvement.
Production organization & control
Organize running and regular maintenance all production equipments and public supporting facilities
Organize and follow training for workers on all equipments.
Carry out any ad-hoc jobs requested by production manager.


Qualifications:
Education:
College degree or above. majors in Engineering or Management, manufacturing.

Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years related experience, gained in multinational corporations, big scale of production is preferred.

Job Knowledge:
Knowledge of production process.
Knowledge of food safety

Leadership
Team working
Coaching and coaching skills
Be able to work under pressure
Should possess sound business acumen and interpersonal communication skills
