To support the head of marketing by performing a plethora of tasked assigned and create marketing strategies that will help in increasing the footfalls brand awareness, sales and profit To work hand in hand with the head of marketing and help deliver marketing strategies in all aspects including Ads PR CRM Events, Digital, Tourism, Promotion etc. To assist the upper management by directing the employees to apply and follow the new and up-to-date marketing strategies they have come up with. The candidate must be results-oriented, organized and be a good leader. The candidate must be able to follow directions well and be able to apply them flawlessly as well as possess excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills, negotiation skills, verbal and written communication skills, marketing skills and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will possess a passionate start up mindset the ability to think creatively, plan strategically and a team player.
Responsibilities:
· Brand building: Assist in brand building strategies for development of brand and marketing strategies. Propose strategies to penetrate potential market areas.
· Data gathering: Collect competitors’ information on a regular basis and provide the head of marketing with the analysis and findings.
· Events: Plan, organize and monitor various events.
· Provide program reports and update performance against objectives regularly and manage it via on-line metrics, KPI, ROI and established marketing goals.
· Work independently to find opportunities for improvement in interactive marketing campaigns
· Assist in the execution of marketing activities including development of marketing collateral, CRM, consumer survey, shuttle bus management, Ads, events, big corporation, gift card, conferences, PR, digital marketing, and promotions, etc.
· Coordinate effectively with all internal and external business partners to ensure smooth and seamless delivery of objectives.
· Use analysis and problem-solving skills to develop recommendations for optimization and new investment.
· Use content management system to schedule and launch on-site marketing campaigns and related promotions.
· Conduct analysis and data-mining for marketing reporting.
· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with various marketing channel owners.
· Full understanding of all professional sales seasons, key dates, and retail holiday timing to maximize brand exposure, create buzz and drive people physically.
· Approach 3rd parties initiatively to enlarge the pool as well as gain benefits for Village.
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed and ensuring timely delivery
· Participate in the development of Seasonal Promotional campaigns
· Coordinate the exchange of vital information between cross-functional teams including: Product Development, Sales, Finance, Creative and Packaging
Qualifications:
· 6 years and above experience of PR agency / outlets / shopping mall / cosmetics brands project management
· Bachelors and above Degree in business and marketing
· Passionate, optimistic, clear logic and well organization ability
· Leader ship skills and has the experience to lead a team
· Ability to project manage marketing projects and objectives
· Creative, flexible and energetic. Must have “jack of all trades attitude.”
· Must be a team player and work well within a cross-functional team environment
· Full understanding of front end and back end web technology
· Outstanding organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
· Professional and creative writing and communicating skills
· Expertise in MS Project, Photoshop CS-5, Visio, Access, Word, Excel
· A clear understanding of how marketing strategy impacts the business goals of brand
· Ability to flourish in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment
