职位描述

Our client, a leading global provider of facility services, is looking for a high caliber to fill up the following position:

Account Manager, China

Business
? Response for all activities (Cleaning service, facility management service, office support services etc.) for the authority at Account Level
? Planning and coordination of jobs and activities for in scope work and activities based on SOW and SLA.
? Responsibility for the ongoing Quality Management.
? Working in conjunction with the local Real Estate Management to prepare the final budget documentation / plans and administer the works to ensure budget compliance
? Monthly tracking and reporting of financial and quality performance to Key Account Team Director.
? Audit and control the service level and operation procedures.
? Responsibility for the effective management of the strategic direction of the in-scope services
? Review and implementation of Account Transformation, confirm the customer requirement, plan, manage and deliver the services according to customer requirement.
Communication
? Primary client interface with support from Region Account Director and Country Team
? Coordinate with related finance member
? Maintaining formal and effective communication with management, team members and local estate management.
? Proactive timely and concise communication of relevant and important information to local estate manager, subject matter experts and management.
? Acting as primary contact for service contractors and vendors.
? Keep communication with HR, Procurement team according to the company policy for related applications.
? Communication with end user through customer Estate Department.
? Follow the policy of Finance and Human Resource, full authority of Recommendation and decision making.
People Management
? Directly response for the all delivery employee in customer location
? Make sure all the service delivery employee understand culture, main business and safety regulations, follow the policy and regulations
? Make sure all staff and sub-contractor staff perform professional standard and act
? Focusing on the professional development of staff, enhance the professional quality of the service delivered by onsite staff
? Lead and develop the supervisors, proactively operated the front staff and subcontractor staff management through supervisor
? In charge the project employee plan, management; organize and implement the operation on-job training. Improve the operation skills, service mind and other skills of staff
Subcontractor Management
? Cooperate with high quality subcontractor
? According to the KPI and SLA to proactively management the subcontractors, to achieve the service delivery according to the contractor
? Response for the contract management and pricing negotiation
? Effectively manage the subcontractor, improve the company service quality, lower the operation cost
Professional Ability
? Understand the industry develop, proactively report and recommendation to regards to the infrastructure change and product improvement,
? Focusing on the professional industry area updated news, looking for continuity improvement actions, keep searching the change to create the value or opportunity cost reduction
Health, Safety and Environment
? Response for the training of staff HSE and also response for the HSE actions and performance
? Overall manage the safety work status of onsite staff and sub-contractor staff
? Follow HSE policy and regulations, tracking the key HSE performance data for the account
Others
? Other assignment assigned by company

Qualification:
? Education: Bachelor Degree is minimum requirement (Management Major Prefer)
? Language Skills: Fluency in both English & Chinese
? Computer Skill: Professional in MS Office
Other:
? At least 6 years management experience in related field, familiar with Facility Management, good communication skills and people management skills
