Our client, a local fashion group with multiple brands is looking for the high caliber to fill up the following positions:
Supply Chain General Manager – Station in Shanghai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall business success of a large and diverse set of all service standards that represents a sizable portion of the overall business.
- Defines strategies direction and business plan for service business, monitors business performance and implement correction as well as cost efficiency and incremental growth action.
- Liaise with various divisions to meet the company’s goal and targets,
- Plan, implement and monitor work flows, manufacturing systems and processes in a sizable factory operation
- Identify, implement and monitor short and long-term strategic plans
- Creating and foster a mutually beneficial relationship with business partners
- Monitor the systems and procedures for efficient and effective cost and quality control
- Monitor production plan, quality and on-time delivery
Requirements:
- University graduate or above in Manufacturing and Fashion or Business Management or related disciplines
- 10 years relevant working experience in garment manufacturing industry, in which at least 5 years in running Brand Product factories
- Strong knowledge in garment/fashion manufacturing is a must
- Hardworking with positive attitude and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Excellent in production management and PRC factory operation
- Well organized, excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Being tactful in handling various issues in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin
