具体要求：
1. 2-3 years above sourcing/purchase experience in mechanical/engineering industrial field.
2-3年以上机械、工程领域的采购工作经验
2. Bachelor degree, engineering or mechanical major is preferred
本科学历，倾向于工程或机械专业
3. Result orientation and high individual sense of responsibility

4. Ability to analyze problem and drive to the solution.

工作职责：
1. Searching, identifying and negotiating with the local suppliers to support client global facilities
为公司寻找合适的供应商，跟供应商进行产品技术和商务方面的沟通以支持客户全球的生产基地。
2. Start, drive, monitor, maintain and develop the supplier’s process of ongoing project to be in well controlled status.
根据供应商处不同的项目情况，寻找、领导、维持和发展好其状态。
3. Communicate well with supplier about API’s technical requirement and coordinate well between client and supplier
沟通和协调好客户和供应商之间的技术和要求，保持其畅通。
4. Quality control for the project which is in process of being dealt with in supplier’s place
质量控制、跟踪好供应商处的产品质量。
5. Inspection work and final shipment coordination
出货检验工作，协调好运输状态。
6. Periodically evaluate, develop existing suppliers to meet client’s requirement.
不定期地评估、管理和发展供应商，使其保持良好状态以满足客户需求。
