SBU: Corporate Marketing & Sales
Reports to: energy Industry Board leader, China
Location: China, Chengdu

Responsibilities:

• Explore the new market and new product growth opportunity in west of China
• Build, lead and manage the new business development projects pipeline in Mass transportation and Renewable Energy industry;
• Develop and implement the new market/product development plan.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, technical and R&D network on new product offering development and commercialization.
• Facilitate the X-BU/SBU sales process and lead market development projects.
• Build strong relationships with the targeted industry leaders, key value chain decision makers and influencers in west area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or above.
• 8 years or above sales or business development experience for related products
• Expertise of selling material or components into both aircraft/railway and renewable energy industry are preferred
• Experience of working with aircraft/railway and renewable energy industry are plus.
• Strong business acumen and people leadership skills
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal, communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Eager to learn and positive working attitude.
• Can work independently and under pressure.
• Good English communication skill and computer skill.
