BASIC FUNCTIONS
Under the direction of the BD Manager – Kallista & Ann Sacks, this position is responsible for developing and implementing sales target. The incumbent is required to lead the sales force in respective region, formulate sales strategy, and develop sales forecast, maintain close relationship with distributors, developers and designers, introduce Kallista and Ann Sacks products, and monitor after-sales service.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
? Understand and monitor Kallista & Ann Sacks’ distributors, competitors and other market information.
? Maintain a close connection with major specifies, interior contractors, designers, builders, developers, and the lodging industry respective region.
? Coordinate, develop, evaluate and audit yearly budget of sales development execution in respective region.
? Develop and supervise a strategic, consistent and long-term sales network.
? Recommend, guide, develop and assess new sales network.
? Advise on problem solving methods in relation to distributors and customers complaints.
? Coordinate the sales activities in respective region in order to achieve the sales objectives.
? Provide training and guidance to the Salesman to increase awareness of the importance and profitability of market.
? Maintain the competitiveness of the sales activities and be well-versed on the market situation and the competition.
? Maintain Company China management being informative on the market situation by providing information on competitor’s product, distributors’ business strategies and other related information advantageous to the company.
? Analyze competitive marketing methods and recommend responsive adaptations for the company to retain advantage.
? Maintain relationship with trade groups, and all internal and external sources that can contribute to development of product ideas to satisfy consumer needs.
? Perform additional projects assigned by the BD Manager and/ or the management.
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
? Reports to the BD Manager – Kallista & Ann Sacks.
? Establish and keep the relationships with potential clients, customers, partners, key decision-makers, and industry leaders.
? Frequent contacts with Marketing and Central Customer Service Center personnel.
? Communicates with different people in the market.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of business experience in Marketing & Sales.
- Demonstrated experience in brand and project management, especially new product/ brand launch.
- Knowledge of financial statements, as well as financial and unit forecasting methods.
- Demonstrated experience in writing business and marketing plans. Result-oriented and ability to work closely with sales team and build relationship.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English, both orally and written, at all levels of the organization.
- Frequency of travel approximately 30%.
