BASIC FUCTIONS

To optimize and enhance finish goods and logistics management in Company China . To maintain high service levels to Company customer at competent logistics cost through developing and supervising the whole logistics system and process.
To manage Company China import and export transactions to align with customs regulatory requirement and build up our competency on import and export process through optimizing internal management process, continually improving transaction leading time and maximizing the benefits from local customs and tax regulatory

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage Company China nationwide distribution system. Working with sales and other related departments to ensure Company national distribution network and transportation model are competent in the market.
· Develop and optimize logistics net work, transportation system, risk management and mitigation plan. Improve the transportation structure to achieve shortest delivery time with the competent transportation cost and minimum losses.
· Manage and monitor the performance of 3PL suppler to ensure their performance can meet Company requirement.
· Manage and monitor warehouse operations to ensure high inventory accuracy, high compliance with Company standard, local regulatory requirement and superior customer service level both to internal and external customers
· Develop and maintain the regional distribution center(RDC) inventory policies together with sale team and supply chain planning and ensure that the inventory policy is complied with Company interest.
· Manage and monitor customer order delivery process to secure high order delivery on time as well as competent order delivery leading time
· Manage and track customer query and complain related to logistics and ensure high efficiency and effectiveness of response
· Manage and facilitate periodic customer survey on logistics service to drive the continue improvement on company logistics management in China market
· Manage the customs transactions related to all imported goods
· Manage all the application of certifications as required by local government which is mandated to import and export business
· Facilitate with local authority to carry out all inspection and audit process as per local regulatory requirement
· Facilitate and develop internal management process with stakeholders to setup robust system on import and export management
· Understand the local regulatory change on import and export management and introduce good practice/new model into company to maximize the benefit form the government policy.
· Build up good relationship with local customs and other authorities
· Manage broker's performance and pursue the continue improvement through setting up right KPIs, period performance review and benchmarking with local competitors
· Develop, train and coach department staff to achieve department and divisional objectives and build up good network with in industry.

· Frequent contacts with 3PL,customs and other local authorities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistic Management or related is

· 7-10 years of logistics management experience in MNC

· Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with ERP/WMS software
· Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese
· Self motivated, results and achievement oriented
· Adaptable and resilient
· Problem solver with strong influencing skills
· Leadership versatility
· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

· Strong talent builder and team player
· Awareness of local regulatory requirement related to import and export
· CPIM or CSCP certification is desirable
· Lean&Sigma knowledge and experience is desirable.
