Job Summary
？ Act as business partner to help Division/SBA head understand the business from financial point of view, identify issues, work closely with relevant parties to address the issues, and finally help BU achieve sales/CM3 target and control expenses.
？ Drive in the development and review of Division/SBA budgets and forecasts

Key Responsibility Area
？ Act as business partner to help achieve sales and profit target of division by effective analysis and communication
？ Conduct monthly expenses analysis to control divisional expenses within budget and identify the cost saving opportunities
？ Analyze the profitability by product so as to provide management clear and insightful information for decision
？ Drive and coordinate Latest Estimate (2 times per year) process
？ Ad hoc request / Project


Experience/Knowledge Required
？ 7 years working experience, preferred with multi-national companies;
？ 3 or above years experience in financial analysis field;
？ Experience in SAP, Hyperion, Cognos is preferred.
？ Bachelor Degree is preferred
？ Passion for result
？ Business complexity
？ Business parntership
？ Full scope in financial analysis
？ Analytical thinking
