PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
Explain briefly in a few sentences why the job exists, within what limits & with what objectives
？ Costing master data running and maintaining.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Explain detail about the job responsibilities
？ Maintain costing master data in SAP and BPCS.
？ Prepare monthly PPV analysis report.
？ Costing Closing Entries and related adjustment transactions
？ Co-ordinate yearly physical count, monthly cycle count and prepare reconciliation report.
？ Responsible for account payables to ensure 3-way-match is under control.
？ Responsible for month end affiliate payable, markup reconciliation.
？ Yearly cost rolling and work with product mgrs and business mgrs to do simulations on next year SGM and AGM actual rate base on new cost.
？ Review actual cost on duty, freight and other cost with OCF team.
？ To assist on monthly, quarterly, yearly PPV, FIFO forecast.


QUALIFICATIONS:
？ University Degree in Accounting or relevant discipline.
？ 3-5 years of related working experience, fluent in English, both written and oral.
？ Experience in ERP system, SAP is a must.
？ Proficient in costing flow and skilled in analysis and data processing using EXCEL
？ Highly responsibility, able to work with cross-function team and efficient work style.
？ Available very soon is preferred.

PERFORMANCE EVLUATION STANDARD:
State the Key performance indicator
？ Drive E&O inventory reduction achieve OP target.
？ Drive DSI achieve OP target.
？ Control UVP aging within 60days.
？ Reconcile affiliate payable and markup at month end and year end.
？ Ensure standard cost set up in system is correct.
