焊接技师
岗位职责：
1、对产品焊接生产过程进行有效的指导、跟踪、并解决生产过程中的焊接工艺问题；
2、能培训操作人员的焊接技能，监督生产过程中的焊接质量，在焊接工技术不能满足质量要求时，可以担当；
3、对产品焊接生产工艺、工装、操作等提出不断改进的意见和建议，并组织实施；
4、跟踪焊接工艺的执行情况，收集现场焊接信息，向技术人员提供真实的信息资料；
5、对焊接过程进行分析，提高焊接质量和效率，降低成本；
6、协助技术人员做其他的工作。

任职要求
1、年龄在45岁以下，身体健康
2、熟悉中国和欧美焊接标准和规章
3、能看懂图纸，具有良好的焊接产品质量控制知识
4、从事气保焊焊接实际操作5年及以上，平焊、横焊、立焊等全位置焊接动手能力强，焊接理论知识较全面。
5、具备熟悉材料理化试验知识，如欠缺公司可培训
6、工作勤奋踏实，思维清晰
7、具有良好的沟通能力与协作精神
8、具有汽车配件、机械设备或压力容器行业的工作经历者优先
