Our client is a Swedish company that produces high quality equipment for the world-wide construction industry. The company has a production site with around 150 employees, and is currently in a very expansive phase and is therefore looking to expand its team.

The role/responsibility
As a Human Resources Manager you will guide and manage the company’s overall Human Resources activities, including but not limited to, recruiting and staffing, organizational development, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, implementation of policies/programs etc. Since the company will expand aggressively within the short term, you will have an active and important role in everything from determining the needs of the organization to realizing these plans in practice, preparing the organization for the next level of performance.
Experiences and personal qualities
A successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development. As a person you are pro-active, independent and have great interpersonal and coaching skills. Additionally you will need to possess a good business understanding since you will participate in the company’s management team. The position requires at least five years experience from a similar position. You need to have worked in a Western corporation and thereby have a good understanding of European business culture. Knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage. You are fluent in both Mandarin and English and you have excellent communication skills.
