The company has an engineering department located in Scandinavia and production facilities in Jiangsu province, China. Sales Manager for Window and Door Systems to a Scandinavian Company in Shanghai / Wuxi

The role and Responsibility

Establish and follow up overall sales strategy, marketing plans and sales targets
Developing new markets, searching for new customers and increasing sales activities across China
Increasing sales through own sales team and by establishing partnerships with external agents
Managing the sales team including training, coaching and follow up etc.
Together with the sales people make visits plans and follow up their daily work
Being responsible for reporting and cooperation to production planning
Gather and analyze market and competitor information
Located in Shanghai area, responsible for Shanghai area sales but willing to travel together with the sales team
Skills & specification
Some years of experience as sales manager as well as basic techniques knowledge and experience related to windows, doors and wall constructions
Related experience from building contractor or estate
Good learning skills in general technical knowledge
Good leadership and team work skills
Good skill of establishing and maintaining relationships
Education & qualification:

Technical degree in engineering or industrial business
5-10 years working experience in a window or facade company or related business area
At least five years experience in technical sales of high-quality high-value products or components
Experiece from team management
Fluent in both Mandarin and English
