Main Mission:

§ To visit existing and potential customers and represent GravoTech in East China, and manage the relations with existing customers and channels;

§ Demonstrating Gravograph, Technifor, Propen & VN products to prospects customers;

§ To develop solutions & customization for key accounts and clients, assist the customers with technical solutions;

§ Approach and Develop key accounts in different market to increase market share to beat the competitors;

§ Propose improvement/amendments in the strategy or other necessary means to reach the targets;

§ Insure the coherence of the commercial strategy in all the sales distribution channels;

§ Manage, control, and monitor the sales team to meet the allocated budget;

§ Cooperate with business developer manager for lunching, promoting solutions;

§ Cooperate with marketing dept for market, competition analysis;

§ Cooperate with Service dept for pre and after sales support;

Requirement:

* Analytical Ability - Ability to analyze industry, customer, competition, sales etc., ability to follow up complex instructions and directions;

* Communication ability - Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and presentation with external and internal cooperation

* Computer Skills - Proficient with software programs, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word etc.;

* Management experience - Ability to manage and co-ordinate sales/projects with sales team and customer;

* Bachelor degree or above required

* 8 years sales working experience, and at least 3 years management experience in foreign company
