Job Description
1. Record and manage Service Incident information and related files
a. Collect incident information, such as failed product's code, series number, application information, machine information, usage reference
b. Input information into FITS system, and keep it updated till close
2. Coordinate logistic, production, quality and purchase to complete service process
a. Pick up and receive problem products from outside
b. Fulfill inspection and create inspection report
c. Organize necessary tools and parts to finish repair
d. Return rebuilt gearbox to customer after pass quality check
3. Field service in case of needed
4. Give training to customers' service team
