基本目的＆功能

l 组织、协调生产，及时、迅速处理生产过程的突发事，确保生产线正常运转。

主要职责 (例如汇报结构，个人职责，决策授权，预计职责等) l 生产 在确保质量和安全的情况下完成计划产量； 能及时解决现场生产过程中发生的问题，如不能解决汇报生产主管； 在人员缺勤时，能顶岗作业； 执行必要的班前设备、工装工具的检查； 带领现场人员做好5S、KanBan工作，确保生产现场整洁有序； 填写生产线上各种必要的表单，确保数据的完整、正确、真实； 每班结束后向主管汇报计划完成情况、异常情况及原因。 2 质量 熟悉生产线所有岗位的质量要点，确保质量要点或标准在实际操作中得到实施； 对生产线突发的质量问题，及时分析并采取相应措施，如不能解决及时向主管汇报； 进行生产线标准化的维护，及时提供改进和提高建议。 3 安全 熟悉生产线所有岗位的安全要点，防止人员与设备事故的发生； 督导和检查生产线操作人员遵守安全规则情况； 检查现场操作人员劳防用品穿戴情况，以身作则，树立典范形象； 4 人员 组织现场人员进行交叉培训； 与现场人员双向沟通，以保持高昂的士气和团队精神； 及时向主管反应员工的思想动态。

l 内部：生产部内部各职能部门及人员； 2 外部：仓库、质量部。

其它(出差，非常规的工作按排等)

l 部门领导必要时安排协助其他部门完成工作。

技能 (动手，个人表达能力，计划，组织能力等)

l 有较强的组织、协调能力； 2 有较强的动手能力、现场反应能力； 3 有较强的责任心； 4 有较强的团队精神。

教育/经历（最低要求）

l 中专以上学历，有3年以上的工厂工作经验，有一定的现场管理经历。
