2. Mechanical knowledge & experiences, familiar with product design, processing technic and measuring methods etc., better experienced in industry transmission.

3. Familiar with Pro-E & CAD, can use Pro-E and CAD with daily design works.

4. Be capable of project management.

5. Good confidential consciousness

6. Better with basic financial and trade knowledge.

7. Team player with good communicating skill.

8. Can adapt to business trip.

9. Skill in read and write English

Job Responsibility:

1. Together with sales team and purchasing team to do technical and feasibility analysis in the earlier stage of project.

2. Work with system and application team to finish product design in time according to customer requirements.

3. Trace project schedule after project launched and coordinate related department to assure project move forward smoothly.

4. Support process and quality team to solve the daily production or supplier issues.

5. Support quality team and customer service team to solve customer complain.

6. Support sales team to provide technical support to customer.

Participate in establishing technical and quality criteria and management system and process related.
