Qualifications:
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field (Logistics, Business Management, SCM)
· Preferred advanced degree in business or Supply Chain Management (SCM)
· Minimum 10+ years progressive career in the Product Supply field. At least 5 years at Management level with multi-departments reports.
· Must have strong work experience in demand planning, warehouse management, transportation, and forecasting.
· Direct and substantial MRP experience.
· Strong knowledge, background and understanding of China Transportation.
· Bilingual in Mandarin and English required
· Worked for international company a plus
· Worked for companies selling consumer goods retail market a plus


Job Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Oversees the control of external 3PL finished good warehouses – multiple ones located throughout country.
a) Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to achieve company goals
b) Control inventory levels within company targets
c) Responsible for Customer Service Levels
d) Insure correct network of warehouses to maximize performance and reduce costs
2. Manage external transportation network capable of delivering product throughout China in timely and cost effective manner.
a) Responsible for transportation contracts and overall freight costs.
b) Day to day control of freight pickup and deliveries
c) Responsible for effective purchasing of local materials – both Finished Goods, Raw Material, Packaging and supplies
d) Drive cost savings program bringing sustainable cost reductions to purchased goods
e) Coordinate and work directly with Regional Procurement on Finished Good purchasing
f) Support FHP Supplier Quality Program and Ethical sourcing requirements.
3. Coordinate the Forecasting process (S.O.P.) with Sales and Marketing to insure proper inventory coverage with minimal out of stocks and lowest possible working capital
a) Manage demand planning group through use of MRP
b) Report on Forecast deviation and accuracy
c) Day to day ordering, releasing of materials to meet forecasted demand.
d) Support New Product Launches as member of the NPD team
4. Insure complete legal compliance for all import and export of products/materials
a) VAT registrations and tracking
b) Customs HTC codes and tariff payments
