This position will be based in Shanghai, he/she will report to General Manager, Healthcare China. This position is responsible for selling, developing and providing supports for Getinge Infection Control T-DOC products in mainland China, HK and Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop business strategies to effectively promote T-DOC products to existing and potential hospitals, key accounts and distributors in Greater China.

2. Lead T-DOC team to achieve product sales target and provide technical/products supports to our customers.

3. Establish and maintain good working relationship with all suppliers and to develop and implement product launch plans for new products.

4. Make accurate sales forecasting and service orders forecasting report on a monthly basis.

5. Liaise closely with PMD team and Getinge Academy, Greater China to organize exhibitions, seminars, training on a regular basis.

6. Lead T-DOC team (sales/service), promote a positive working environment within a team. Showing respects and caring to team members and make the team work efficiently.

7. Take responsible for team members’ personal and professional development all year round.

8. Work in accordance with local and national legislations as well as company regulations and code of conduct.

9. Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by line manager.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer (IT background is a must)

- 5+ years’ management role in IT solutions, IT software, IT sales experiences in MNC companies.

- Preferred working experiences in Medical Device/Pharmaceutical industry.

- With good business acumen and well organized.

- Excellent Communication Skill in English
