This position will be based in Shanghai, he/she will report to Finance Director, Greater China. This role will be in charge of Financial Analysis and ERP performance improvement as well as other business support to company management and other functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Streamline business processes in ERP system and make sure all processes implemented in an effective and efficient way, minimize the manual work to avoid any mistakes

2. Manage all Master Data Dimensions in ERP system including Chart of Account, Project Master, Product Group, Profit Center, Product Group, Employee, Customer, Vendor etc

3. Review all data in existing ERP system and Improve current system performance for M3 upgrade implementation

4. Work with Finance Director to deliver annual budget, quarterly projection, mid-month forecast at a timely basis

5. Prepare variance analysis on OIT, Sales, Expenses, Working Capital via Actual, Budget, P1/2/3 comparison and highlight the business risk if any outstanding deviation

6. Verify margin calculation and make sure gross margin will be delivered as budgeted/forecasted

7. Provide the accurate analysis report and cooperate with other departments to improve the business support

8. Liaison with Finance Director and Finance Manager to improve the company compliance standard

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

- MNC background, more than 3 years in a similar role with demonstrated skills

- Solid analytical skills, ERP implementation experience is preferred

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Skilled in Microsoft Office, familiar with Iscala, Cognos is preferred

- Excellent Communication Skill in Mandarin and English

- Result-driven, Proactive, Initiative, Ability to work under high pressure
