Responsibilities

1. To improve supplier quality performance and drive supplier continuous improvement activities提高供应商质量及交货表现，引导供应商的发展及持续改进活动。
2. Leading and reviewing of supplier APQP and PPAP验证及审核供应商的APQP及PPAP
3. Perform system audit, process audit and product audit to potential and existing suppliers对潜在及现有供应商进行体系，过程及产品审核
4. Supplier corrective and preventative actions (8D & 5D)供应商纠正与预防措施的追踪(8D 和5D)
5. Initial sample FSIR and PPAP approval样品的I.S.I.R及PPAP的认可
6. According to supplier monthly quality performance to take countermeasure accordingly 根据供应商月度质量表现采取相应措施
7. Perform supplier source inspection as needed需要时供应商处进行现场检验

Required Capabilities

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics/ Manufacturing Engineering机械类/电气类/电子类或制造工程专业本科学历
2. 5 years in supplier quality management experience, having automobile industry supplier management working experience preferred;5年供应商质量管理经验，汽车行业供应商管理工作经验更佳；
3. Be familiar with plastic molding, metal machining, PCB , PCBA and EMS process熟悉注塑, 金属机加工, PCB, PCBA及EMS制造工艺
4. Be familiar with cluster gages, display computers and main controllers are preferred 熟悉工程机械仪表盘, 仪表显示器和主控制器的优先考虑
5. Be familiar with TS16949, five quality tools and GD&T; 熟悉TS16949、五大质量工具及几何形位公差
6. Be proactive, have strong communication and coordination ability, team-work spirit. 工作积极主动，有较强的沟通、协调能力，并具有团队合作精神
7. Proficient knowledge of MS office software (especially MS Excel, Powerpoint)熟练运用MS办公室软件
8. Fluent oral and written English and Mandarin 英语及普通话流利
9. Frequent traveling would be required能够适应经常出差
