职位描述

Responsibilities:

Assess, Identify & develop potential capable suppliers for various products (mainly stamping).

Understand the component drawings and Specs and communicate with the supplier and BU.

Negotiate the price, terms and stock program with the suppliers.

Manage and follow up the projects to meet the schedule.

Work with factory to deal with quality & delivery issues.

Qualifications:

Strong technical understanding of stamping (especially deep draw stamping).

Familiar with stamping die manufacture process.

Strong understanding of FMEA & PPAP etc.

Effective negotiation skills.

BS degree (mechanical or stamping) or above.

More than 5 years working experience and 3 years in sourcing or purchasing in automotive industry.

Outstanding problem-solving skills-(familiar with 8D).

Good command of English and communication skill.

Team player and Self motivated, work under stress.

High level of personal integrity.

Familiar with Automotive actuator or PC turbo is plus.
