The commercial operation assistant will support general manager, China commercial operation, for planning, tracking, analyzing and achieving business results. The main duties include supporting sales team by managing all aspects of sales data system, as well as creating weekly and ad –hoc sales reports and analysis, and facilitate the application of CRM system. This position will also encompass data mining and making recommendation to maximize the sales effectiveness. It will also be required to support and work with senior management from across the entire organization.
Key responsibilities
· Manage business sales data for routine reports and assist management report
· Administrate master data to support system operation
· Track and analyze the company performance and report to management
· Analyze sales, expense and/or profitability for China as required by top management
· Review and reconcile data in various internal system
· Be user expert for CRM system and understand the interface with other systems
· Answer CRM related process questions and coordinate to resolve the problems
· Regularly report extraction from CRM system to relevant departments and find out pre-sales and after-sales enquiries
· Improve the current process, like business process and CRM user process
· Support other ad-hoc assignments as required


Skills required
· Ability to work with numbers and data
· Strong skills on data mining and data analysis
· Analytical mind which is able to process information logically and striving for data integrity
· Knowledge of business operation and good business acumen
· Good command of MS office software application, especially Excel and PowerPoint
· Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must
· Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
· A result-oriented approach, positive thinking and good teamwork spirit
· Highly organized and self-motivated
· Strong ability of adapting to various working situation


Education and working experience
· Bachelor degree in business studies and related disciplines
· At least 2-year relevant experience in multinationals
· Experience in CRM system
· Knowledge in Visual Basic will be a plus
