Main Responsibilities
- Effectively and proactively communicate with business to understand & document business requirements and business process.
- Conducting gap analysis between business requirements and system
- Drive the business process simplification & standardization by leveraging the industrial best practice.
- Perform application design activities
- Create functional requirements as an input to application design
- Work as project leader in PS/PP work stream to manage the internal & external resource(key users & external consultant), and control the project timeline
- Organize & perform the UAT test
- Lead build, test, and deploy activities
- Interface with other systems if required
- Change Management both in business process & system
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years SAP implementation/maintenance experience with strong PS/PP skills.
- 10+ year IT experience.
- Degree education
- Fluent in English
- Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate between business requirements and technical design and implementation
- Problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills to influence management, as well as internal and external partners
- Project Management experience and training, PRINCE/PMP certification preferred
