Job Description

1.Provide expert support to JV’s as required

2.Set China standards for heat treatment / laser welding processes including quality operating systems

3.Set equipment sourcing standards and selections and review market for technology advances.

4.Train JV teams and launch team assist as required

5.Develop China policy and procedures aligned to EU global teams. Work closely with JV teams understanding issues with implementation of standards

6.Continually review process & procedures for adherence

7.Conduct regular reviews of standards implementation on site

Skill:

1.Bachelor or Master of Science in metallergy

2.More than 5 years experience in working in heat treatment / laser systems

3.More than 2 year working in a manufacturing environment – automotive preferred

4.Understand heat treatment and inspection processes

5.Good communication skills both locally and globally

6.Be proactive and have energy to drive a process and to deliver results
7.Positive mindset and business oriented leadership with talent to motivate and inspire people around you

8.Willing to work with EU and local time zones as required

9.Excellent communication skills, good skills in English

10.Willing to travel to our JV locations at Jiangxi and Hubei province for onsite collaboration
