Financial & Admin Manager

JOB LOCATION

Shanghai

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance Support

Maintain all bank related transactions including Cheque,wire and E-Bank issued,etc.,

Handle all Foreign currency exchange related transactions,such as payments,receipts and claim/verification of foreign currency.

Invoicing/AR: Issue VAT invoices,customer accounts reconciliation and prepare weekly debtor aging reports.

AP: collect the payable invoices and payment information, cross check in ERP system.

Inputting,monitoring and maintaining Staff Expense Claim,Payment and Transfer Vouchers in the finance system.

Documents binding and contracts filing.

Other assigned jobs by Fin & Admin Manager.

Admin Support

Providing administrative support to managers and employees.

Manage office logistics including courier,ordering of stationery,office cleaning and hotel reservation for guests/visitors and tickets booking etc.

Manage office cleaning.

Contact with IT outsourcer about IT or Tele problems.

All additional tasks appointed by Senior Managers of the company.

Other admin works appointed by Fin & Admin Manager.

Assist for Car and Driver Management.

Support company events and other activities.

Qualifications

College or university graduate,major in accounting or finance.

2~3 years relevant Finance assistant experience.

Strong communication skills in English/Chinese, both verbal and written.
Computer knowledge and familiar with MS office software like MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.,

Easy going, optimistic, hardworking and open-character, good negotiation skills, careful, team spirit.
