职位描述
Job Title: Project Quality Engineer（项目质量工程师）
Report Line: 质量经理
Location: 昆山
Responsibility
1. Lead the actions for quick response, in case of receiving quality problem or feedback from the customer, and apply 8D report in case of necessary;
2. Dealing with customer returns and dispute, to figure out if any problem with castings and corrective action necessary together with related departments, or failure from machining problem and possible support to them, to minimize loss in aspects of customer returns and dispute;
3. Participate actively into APQP activities, be responsible for control plan setup, digestion of related customer inspection specifications, and preparation of related internal quality inspection documents;
4. Be responsible for customer audit, product audit, and supervise on line quality check and control activities especially for internal quality problem and improvement trial runs;
5. Use of statistical tools, statistical process control (SPC) etc and as well key performance indicators in aspects of product quality and customer service, etc, for quality and cost improvement;
6. Involve in supplier management, and other tasks allocated by direct supervisor.
Requirement
1. Bachelor degree in casting, material, or mechanical engineering;
2. More than 3-year working experience on quality control or quality inspec-tion;
3. Familiar with APQP, and statistical tools;
4. Engineering background, familiar with machining process sand casting process is preferable;
5. Skills on APQP activities, and related documents preparation、dealing with customer relation，problem solving, using 8D report.
