Job Description:
1. Support coaches
Weekly calibration with IH & OS coach and QA team.
Weekly and monthly QA report review with management team.
Create clear follow up options to improve the end to end customer experience.
2. Facilitating and conducting CMM quality calibrations with particular focus on CMM adherence and Customer Experience
Proactively work to identify problems that may hinder employee performance and discover related solutions.
Work with coaches and supervisors to manager employee performance and discover related solutions.
Review weekly coach dashboard and discover related issues and solutions
Initiate, support coaches make monthly action plans.
Keep update new information about QA tools to the team.
3. APAC related tasks.
Training and QA updates for SEA and JP.
Other APAC level projects.
Job Requirements:
1. Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
2. Familiarity with working on the Internet and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
3. Customer focus. Genuinely cares about people, is available and ready to help
4. Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, you listen carefully to input, and sensitive to changing personal demands and requirements and changes accordingly
5. Excellent data analysis and process flow optimization skills.
6. Problem solving skill: Use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions,
7. Supports team to exceed goals successfully. Steadfastly pushes self and others for results
Basic Qualifications:
1. 3+ years CS experience
2. Good English writing and spoken skill
3. Good Word, Excel, PowerPoint office software skill
4. Excellent data analysis and process flow optimization skills.
