Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the implementation & maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure for Octave Living’s businesses including resorts, hotels, and centers with hospitality focus.

2. Carry out systems planning, scoping & design, systems evaluation & implementation, user training and manage day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, voice & data communications & application systems for Shanghai Centre and Suzhou Harmony Site.

3. Will initially be based in IMC Shanghai office and will work closely with the IT team and users for planning and preparations for Suzhou Harmony Site, and for IT network and systems implementation at Shanghai Centre. Will also assist the users and IT manager in preparing project proposals, schedules and budgets.

4. Is expected to travel to Suzhou Harmony Site during the pre-opening and fitting out phase, and thereafter will be located in Suzhou for provision of day-to-day IT operations and user support.

Minimum requirements:

1. Must have 5 years & above working experience in in Hotel IT, preferably with Operations experience and Pre-opening experience.

2. Experience in dealing with multiple and diverse stakeholders, including hotel associates, guests and management.

3. Must have China exposure and experience in hospitality/hotel/resort sectors and has knowledge of IT vendors and service provider market in China broadly or Shanghai/Suzhou specifcally

4. Degree in IT discipline or equivalent.
5. Certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification.
6. Fluent in Engish/Chinese
