POSITION DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE:
National Marketing Manager
POSITION REPORTS TO: GM
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide strategic direction for the marketing activities for the multiple brands of the organization.
Provide daily as well as strategic direction for the marketing communication activities for multiple brands of dental consumables.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze and manage sales and market share data to ensure organic growth and alignment of departmental priorities.
Drive increased effectiveness and efficiency through Voice of Customer initiatives to ensure a customer centric organization.
Drive branding and value propositions across the product tiers. Ensure product differentiation aligns with strategic and customer needs.
Develop marketing strategic plans based on market knowledge and branding priorities.
Develop and drive performance objectives, KPIs and countermeasures to ensure achievement of goals.
Actively drive international expansion and improved synergies across the other Danaher Dental
Companies.
Manage and develop organizational talent to position organization for growth and succession planning.
Actively ensure increasing mindshare of sales channel through creative sales & marketing efforts such as: product offerings, promotions, campaigns, pricing and training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience/Education: BS degree with MBA preferred.
10+ years of marketing and sales experience.
Strong branding and channel management experience required
Skills/Aptitude/Talent:
Strong marketing experience in either medical device or pharmacetial plus FMCG preferred
Solid marketing sense
Excellent project management skills
Strong communication and relationship development skills
Excellent analytical and prioritization skills
Successful associate development experience
Greate passion for dental industry
Exposure of dental industry preferred
Working Conditions:
Office environment.
