esponsibilities:
1. Work with a project manager to shape project scope. This often requires holding ambiguity before a project scope is finalised in a Terms of Reference.
2. In compliance with company policy and local legislation determine, implement and ensure adherence to the PRA process and other safe working procedures.
3. Estimate, execute and track costs and physical progress to ensure project de-livery meets challenging time constraints and within established cost and safety parameters.
4. Detailed co-ordination of the internal and external resources that form a project team
5. Identify, specify and monitor the implementation of appropriate standards for engineering for design, procurement and construction to ensure compliance with company policy, local regulations and assets that are fit for purpose.
6. By the production of an engineering definition package, fully describe the tech-nical, process and operational requirements of the asset to be built and subsequently develop a detailed design which meets project success criteria.
7. Agree with the site the requirements for project data and provide timely and accurate information required for the compilation of the registers of equipment, alarms and trips and to meet the other agreed site documentation requirements
8. By liaison with a Commissioning Manager, ensure the timely identification and implementation of inventories and functional testing requirements.
9. Contribute to robust, timely applications for engineering capital approvals and project completion reports.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree, likely to be mechanical/electrical/instrumentation/chemical major;
2.Working knowledge of project processes and project management concepts
3.Knowledge of chemical or seeds processing environments, particularly seeds, a distinct advantage
4.Minimum 3 years working in an MNC organization in a capital project environment;
5.Minimum 5 years working experience;
6.Fluent in oral English;
