1. 组织制定产品工艺方案，编制工艺文件的技术标准；参与产品设计、工艺流程的审核工作，以确保其符合品质保证的要求和质量；

draft the product processing plan, work out the technical standard; take part in

the audit of work instruction so as to ensure the quality of our products;

2. 对出现不合格产品时进行跟踪及提出改进计划，处理客户反馈，依据反馈改善质量控制，组织公司质量事故的分析及处理工作；

Tracking and present improvement plan against the unqualified products, handle customer claims and organize the analysis and disposal of quality accidents.

3. 处理和解决客户质量问题，满足内、外部客户的质量需求，不断提高产品质量满意度；

handle the customer's quality problems and meet the requirement of internal and external customers, improving the quality satisfaction continuously;

4. 组织公司新产品的研究试制工作及现有产品的改进工作；

organize the research of new products and improving the current products

Maintain technical know how and material of products

5. 做好销售以及生产部门直接的沟通联系工作，并与集团内其他工厂保持沟通联系，反馈本工厂相关生产问题并寻求相关解决方法

Act as a link between sales and production and as a contact for product related questions to Europe to the other locations within the Group.

6. 负责组织公司内部技术相关培训

organize internal technical related trainings.

Prerequisities：

1. 大专以上学历 Education background : college

2. 相关造纸及印刷专业知识及经验 related knowledge of paper and printing

3. 相关PE 材料的专业知识related knowledge of PE polymer.

4. 3年以上质量管理工作经验 3 years quality management experience

5. 熟练掌握公司产品及生产工艺技术应用方面的知识 familiar with the technical product processing application etc.

6. 良好的计算机及英语能力good command of computer skills and English

7. 良好的沟通协调能力 good communication skills
